This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. On our behalf, the provider processes personal data – in particular the server log data produced when pages are accessed (e.g. IP address) – on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data are processed exclusively on servers in Germany.

When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, referrer URL, browser and operating system) are briefly stored in server log files. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and without errors.

4. Data collection on this website

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies and does not store any information on your device. A consent banner is therefore not required.

Enquiry form

If you write to us via the enquiry form, we process your details (subject, name, email address, message and, optionally, company and telephone number) in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries).

To protect against misuse, your IP address is held in the server's memory for no more than 15 minutes in order to limit the number of enquiries per sender; it is not stored. You will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt at the email address provided; this contains only the selected subject, not your message. Your enquiry is deleted once it has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

To send the enquiry to us and the acknowledgement of receipt to you, we use the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). The emails are sent via servers in the EU (Ireland). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Resend; any transfer to the USA is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Resend stores sending data (sender, recipient, subject, delivery status) only for as long as is necessary for sending and for proof of delivery.

If direct sending is unavailable, the form opens your email program with the prepared message when you submit it. In this case, the form data is not transmitted via our server or Resend, but only when you send your email to us.

Enquiries by email or telephone

Your details are stored for processing and are not passed on without your consent.
